Pants on Fire
1/2 oz vodka preferably Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka)
1/2 oz gin 
1/2 oz cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur)
1/2 oz tequila 
1/2 oz light rum 
2 cups hot tea such as English Breakfast
honey (to taste)
lemon juice (to taste)
2 cinnamon sticks

Polar Bear Vortex
1 tsp of clover honey
1 1/2 parts Courvoisier VSOP Cognac
4 parts hot milk (or half and half)
Grated nutmeg for garnish

1. Combine the ingredients in a warm mug.

1. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

The Break

1 ounce Fireball Whisky 

½ ounce vanilla vodka 

½ ounce apple pie liqueur 

2 ounces ginger ale 

Directions: Fill a shaker with ice and add the Fireball Whisky, vanilla vodka, and apple pie liqueur. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Add the ginger ale, mix, and serve.

1 cup cranberry juice (chilled)
8 ozs vodka
8 ozs Cointreau Liqueur
1 cup club soda (chilled)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (from 6 lemons)
1/2 cup simple syrup

1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Southern Comfort
6 oz. Milk

Mix over ice a highball glass and alter proportions of alcohol according to taste.

We're back! On this week's episode, Ari and Deeds discuss what they did over the break,  their new fave indie pop band - Cults, and new form of virtual currency called Bitcoins.

Drink of the Week

Virtual Loot

• 4 cups whole milk
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup rice or almond flour (bobsredmill.com)
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup dark or light rum (optional)
• Ice cubes
• Garnish: ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks

1. Bring whole milk and cinnamon stick to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat, and transfer to a bowl. Whisk in condensed milk, flour, and vanilla. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Strain mixture through a fine sieve, and stir in rum if using. Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks.

1/3 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps
1/3 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1/3 oz butterscotch schnapps

Shake all three ingredients quickly with ice. Strain into a shot glass, or increase proportions and strain into several.

1 part Absolut Peppar 

1 part chocolate liqueur 
1 pinch brown sugar 
1 jalepeno 

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a jalapeno.
