Drink of the Week
The National Zoo
1 oz. Sauvignon Blanc
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. freshly pressed apple juice
1 oz. simple syrup
½ oz. lemon
1½ oz. seltzer water
To make simple syrup, mix equal parts hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Combine all ingredients except soda water in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with seltzer water.
